Common Help Topics

1. Microphone is not working

Please check:

• iPhone or iPad Settings
• PronouncePro
• Microphone permission is enabled
• Speech Recognition permission is enabled

You can also try closing and reopening the app.

2. Camera or gallery is not working

Please check:

• iPhone or iPad Settings
• PronouncePro
• Camera permission is enabled
• Photos permission is enabled

Camera and photo access are used only for profile photos.

3. Practice reminder is not showing

Please check:

• iPhone or iPad Settings
• Notifications
• PronouncePro
• Allow Notifications is enabled

Also check that Daily Reminder is enabled inside PronouncePro Settings.

4. Pronunciation score looks incorrect

Pronunciation scoring depends on microphone quality, background noise, speech recognition, and how clearly the word is spoken.

For better results:

• Use headphones
• Practice in a quiet place
• Speak clearly
• Keep the microphone close enough
• Try the word again

5. How to move to the next level

To move forward, complete Practice and Dictation with 80% green results.

Green means strong pronunciation or correct answer.

6. How to change profile photo

Open PronouncePro Settings, tap Edit Profile, then choose Camera or Gallery.

7. How to delete app data

You can delete the app from your device to remove locally stored app data.
