By using PronouncePro, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

PronouncePro is provided for English pronunciation practice, dictation practice, listening practice, and learning progress tracking.

You agree to use the app only for lawful and personal learning purposes.

2. No Guarantee of Perfect Accuracy

PronouncePro provides pronunciation scores and feedback to help users practice. Scores are generated by app logic and speech recognition technology.

Pronunciation results may not always be perfect. They should be used as learning guidance, not as a professional language assessment or certification.

3. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Using the app safely

• Granting or denying device permissions

• Reviewing your practice results

• Managing your profile and reminder settings

4. Permissions

PronouncePro may request access to microphone, speech recognition, camera, photo library, and notifications.

These permissions are used only for app features such as pronunciation practice, profile photos, and practice reminders.

5. Intellectual Property

PronouncePro, including its app design, features, name, and original content, belongs to Mobirizer unless otherwise stated.

Some pronunciation or dictionary data may be based on open-source resources and their respective licenses.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or resell PronouncePro without permission.

6. No Medical, Educational, or Professional Certification

PronouncePro is a learning and practice tool. It does not provide medical advice, speech therapy, official language testing, or professional certification.

7. App Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time.

We try to keep PronouncePro useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mobirizer is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use of the app.
